Solid security thread and windowed security thread with demetalized 50 KR. Watermark: Ram head and electrotype consecration cross. Printer: (Danmarks Nationalbank Banknote Printing Works). Size: 125 x 72 mm General information: 2001 - 2005 Issues Beginning in 1997, Denmark issued a new series of notes (B925 - B929) with new formats and a new denomination (200 kronur), so the preceding Faroese notes had to be replaced by a matching series. The 10- and 20-króna notes were replaced by coins and therefore are not a part of this new family of notes. This series of notes features close-up illustrations of Faroese animals on front, with watercolors of landscapes by Faroese artist Zacharias Heinesen on back. Source: The Banknotebook.
